House News!!!

     Well with in 6 hours of having our house listed we had our first showing and then with in 24 hours of that those very same people gave us an offer.  All through yesterday we went back and forth and then last night(48 hours later)we had a verbal agreement.  Kyle signed the paperwork this morning and we are on our way.  There are still several things that have to happen and go forward including an inspection and aprasial so prayers are still needed.  They have offered exactly what we were asking for and we could not have hoped for anything better, it is a little UNREAL!  Also very EXCITING!!!
     So here is my delema now-if everything goes as planned they want to close on 8/4-5weeks from now!  That is right in the middle of our trip to Michigan(not Kyle, just the kids and my mom)so to go or not to go....that is the question???
     On a lighter note Mason and I went shopping this morning and had a lot of fun together.  Not very often I get time to spend with just him.
